My connection to the outdoors began early, shaped by childhood adventures with my dad as we wandered the fields of my home in Ireland. That sense of wonder never left me.

Nine years ago, I moved to Sydney, Australia. Living in a busy urban environment only deepened my appreciation for nature. I found myself constantly seeking escape in the wild landscapes of New South Wales — hiking through national parks and along the stunning coastline.

While I’ve always loved the outdoors, my journey into photography started more recently. About six years ago, I began documenting my hikes with just a phone camera. Over time, what began as casual snapshots evolved into a deeper passion. I gradually built up my gear and knowledge, becoming increasingly fascinated with capturing light, weather, and the ever-changing mood of natural landscapes.

Now, having returned home to Ireland, I’ve begun exploring the Atlantic coast — rediscovering familiar places with fresh eyes and uncovering new ones. I'm still early in this creative journey, but I’m excited to grow as a photographer and to keep chasing moments of beauty, both near and far.
